Established by the Addis Ababa City Administration, the African Center for Early Childhood Development (ACED, formerly known as the Center of Excellence, Learning and Innovation for ECD) is a hub of learning and innovation. As a catalyst for change, this pioneering institution aims to shape and transform the lives of millions of young children across Africa. Through coordinated programs and services, ACED will help children to thrive and give them the head start they need to contribute to a prosperous and sustainable future for the continent. Each and every one at ACED is committed to delivering state-of-the-art Early Childhood Development (ECD) services to all children and to foster collaborations and practices that advance ECD in Ethiopia and further afield.
